They have given an idea of a portable map projector which would help you eliminate the need for paper maps and at the same time keeping you on track.
The MAPTOR is a highly portable device small and light enough to be carried to a strip around your neck. MAPTOR has the functionality of zoom in/out on the projected map. An embedded GPS device inside MAPTOR tells you your correct location by displaying a red spot with an arrow head on it.
MAPTOR is a best gadget for environment friendly travelers due to two reasons. Firstly, you won’t require paper maps any further. Secondly, it will be made of Biodegradable plastic which will not pollute the environment.
