Convert your photo to cartoon

Second: Extract the RAR file and run option1.html. It will open an internet explorer taking you to the page where conversion can be made.
Third: Click “open photo” button and choose the image which is to be converted. The bar will show the progress of conversion and soon the cartoon picture will show up!
